Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a WMS Implementation Administrator to lead the transition from Deposco WMS to Manhattan WMS across warehouse operations. The role acts as the primary liaison between Operations, IT, and the Manhattan implementation team to ensure a smooth rollout, user adoption, and ongoing optimization.

This collaborative position focuses on business processes, system configuration, training, troubleshooting, and operational support.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse management systems and order fulfillment workflows.
• Ability to translate operational needs into system configurations.
• Experience in system migration projects and UAT processes.
• Strong collaboration with Operations, IT, and vendor teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary internal resource supporting migration from Deposco WMS to Manhattan WMS.
• Partner with Manhattan consultants, Operations teams, and IT stakeholders throughout implementation.
• Assist with system configuration, testing, validation, and UAT.
• Document business requirements and workflows to align with warehouse processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements during rollout.
