Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Background check and a drug screen required by law.
• Experience in loss prevention or security preferred; undercover experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loss prevention operations at a Manhattan supermarket.
• Detect and apprehend shoplifters following company policy.
• Conduct customer surveillance while on the sales floor.
• Blend into a retail environment and assist store staff as needed.
• Monitor security cameras and report incidents to management.
