Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Property Manager for a large commercial property in Manhattan. You will supervise the operations and financial activities, lead a team, and serve as the owner’s representative. The role is onsite in New York City, NY.

Responsibilities include budgeting, financial reporting, lease abstractions, tenant relations, and ensuring CBRE RISE values in daily work. A NY real estate license and 3–5 years in CRE preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in real estate or business.
• Active NY real estate license required.
• Proven leadership and staff development experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team handling operational and financial activities.
• Coordinate daily activities and schedule staff.
• Respond to tenant needs and issues.
• Prepare financial reports and lease abstracts.
