The role requires NYS RN licensure, at least two years of nursing experience including hospice/home health, and a valid driver’s license with vehicle access. Location is Manhattan; hours are 9am–5pm; the organization emphasizes compassionate care and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Current NYS Registered Nurse license is required.
• Two years of nursing experience including medical-surgical, oncological, palliative and community home health/hospice.
• At least one year of community hospice or home health experience is preferred.
• Hospice experience preferred.
• Ability to commute to multiple territories to ensure continuity of care.
• Valid driver’s license required (not for Manhattan-only positions).
• A vehicle is required to commute to patients (not for Manhattan-only positions).
• Demonstrates caring attitude aligned with the role.

Responsibilities
