Qualificações

• 2–8 years of post-bar general liability or insurance-defense experience.
• Active New York bar.
• Current or recent title of Associate or equivalent.
• Clerks or first-year seats will not be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Defend general liability and premises matters in NY state and federal court.
• Manage discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Prepare for mediations, hearings, and trial.
• Advise carriers on exposure and strategy.
• Take ownership of files through resolution.
