Our established multi-practice New York firm is growing its General Liability team and seeks an attorney with 2+ years of experience. The role offers hybrid work, real responsibility, and progression across matters.

You will manage liability matters from inception to resolution, conduct research, draft pleadings, negotiate settlements, and coordinate with clients and staff, with support for development.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of general liability experience.
• Admission to the New York Bar is required.
• Additional admissions in NJ/CT/PA are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage general liability matters from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings and correspondence.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients.
• Handle matters across personal injury and related liability claims.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff on case strategy.
