Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of civil litigation experience, preferably in general liability defense.
• Strong litigation skills: pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and client reporting.
• Ability to independently manage multiple cases and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from inception through resolution or trial.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, court conferences, and trials.
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel.
• Collaborate with partners and team members on case strategy.
