Responsibilities

• Oversee home maintenance, punch list, and small residential construction projects across Manhattan.
• Coordinate daily site activities, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
• Work closely with Project Managers, clients, and vendors to provide regular project updates.
• Maintain project documentation, forecasts, work orders, and site records.
