Are you a field service technician with experience managing residential service, maintenance, or small-scale construction projects, looking to join a well-established contractor with a strong reputation across New York City?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing construction business that specializes in high-end residential service, maintenance and punch list projects. With a consistent pipeline of work and ambitious growth plans, they are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day field operations while developing into a key leader within the business.

In this role, you'll manage multiple residential service projects across Manhattan, coordinating technicians and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with Project Managers, clients, and vendors while taking ownership of scheduling, quality control, and site coordination.
