Job Summary
The System Administrator will support the implementation and ongoing operations of Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (WM) and Transportation Management (TM) for the CCG warehouse.
The role involves contributing to system configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization activities throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation, configuration, and administration of Manhattan Active WMS, with exposure to Manhattan Active TM preferred.
- Perform system administration activities, including environment management, issue triage, and system support.
- Execute functional and integration test scenarios, validate outcomes, and assist in defect tracking, analysis, and resolution.
- Participate in SIT, UAT, and go-live readiness activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including functional, technical, and business teams.
- Prepare and present project status updates, progress summaries, and risk reports.
- Support deployment activities, cutover tasks, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Ensure adherence to project standards, processes, and documentation practices.
Required Qualifications- 3–5 years of experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (WM).
- Working knowledge or at least 1 year of hands-on experience with Manhattan Active TM (strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and system workflows.
- 3–5 years of experience in test execution, defect management, and system validation activities.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including stakeholder interaction and status reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced implementation environment.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working on Manhattan Active WM/TM implementation projects.
- Experience supporting system go-lives and hypercare phases.
- Exposure to integration testing and cross-functional coordination within large-scale enterprise implementations.
