Job summary

Aleron is seeking a Mandarin Translator in Phoenix, AZ, to support communication between Mandarin-speaking teams and project leadership in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. This temp-to-hire role involves both indoor and outdoor work on an active construction site.

You will perform translation, maintain documentation, and ensure effective communication while working in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have at least a year of translation experience and upper-intermediate proficiency in Mandarin and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in translation and interpretation or in a bilingual environment.
• Minimum 1 year of Upper-intermediate proficiency (B2 level) in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative support for engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Provide communication and translation support on construction sites.
• Organize, update, and maintain comprehensive construction documentation.
• Document non-conformances, defects, or deviations from quality standards.
• Participate in cleanroom and safety training as required.
