Job summary

A leading solar company in South Carolina is seeking a Mandarin Speaking Warehouse Manager responsible for optimizing warehouse operations and managing inventory. The ideal candidate will oversee daily activities, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and bring 5+ years of warehouse management experience. Bilingual in Mandarin and English is highly preferred. The company offers a full-time position and will provide a work visa.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse management, experience in solar manufacturing or high-volume production is a huge plus.
• Forklift certification, OSHA training, or Lean/Six Sigma is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/WMS systems.
• Develop and enforce SOPs for warehouse safety and compliance.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff for accountability.
