Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; bilingual Mandarin required.
• At least 1 year experience in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of warehouse activities.

• Coordinate cross-border logistics for efficient deliveries.
• Conduct daily control meetings and evaluate team performance.
• Recruit and onboard qualified delivery service providers.
• Design training programs to enhance service quality.
