Qualifications

• Experience in management or strategy consulting.
• Native or fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution in mainland China.
• Experience with market entry, operations and growth strategy in China.

Responsibilities

• Build workspaces with project materials and records.
• Write tasks in Mandarin grounded in local practice and terminology.
• Define grading criteria and assess AI outputs.
• Review AI work and correct mistakes per local rules.
