Qualifications

• Experience in retail or luxury retail or related client-focused work.
• Proven track record of achieving commercial results.
• Strong ability to connect with clients.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base.
• Proficient with POS systems and client tracking tools.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• College/university degree.

Responsibilities

• Hold the critical position of embodying the Tiffany brand in each client interaction using the Tiffany touch.
• Develop client relationships and exceed sales plans through client development.
• Foster clienteling culture and grow outreach business.
• Deepen relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and spend.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store targets.
• Capture client data and convert clients through repeat business.
• Deliver elevated client experiences during each appointment.
• Drive business through key product pillars and discovery.
• Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during selling ceremonies.
