Job summary

San Diego Fertility Center is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join the team in Del Mar, CA. The role involves initial infertility consultations, coordinating evaluations and ART services, and collaborating with physicians to tailor patient care.

The ideal candidate has IVF or women’s health experience, strong communication, and solid EMR skills. This is a full-time position in a team-based care environment with focus on quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have active, unencumbered NP or PA license in California.
• Experience in IVF (fertility) or women’s health or OBGYN.
• Solid communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficiency with EMRs and computer skills.
• Mandarin speaking required.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial patient consultations, directing infertility evaluation and implementing treatment protocols.
• Obtain medical history, review records and perform exams.
• Perform infertility-related services including ultrasonography and procedures; interpret labs.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement patient-specific treatment plans.
• Counsel patients and obtain informed consent for ART services.
• Oversee scheduling and clinical staff as needed.
• Liaise between clinical staff and supervising physician to ensure quality care.
• Provide patient education on health issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
