Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor to help families choose funeral services and cemetery merchandise. You will work with walk-ins, inbound calls and proactive outreach, guiding clients through pre-need and at-need options and attending services as needed.

The role offers flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time) with a mandatory first-week training. Expect earnings in the first year between $40,000 and $60,000, plus uncapped commissions, and a $18/hour training pay for six weeks.

Qualifications

• Must be bi-lingual in English and Mandarin.
• High school diploma or equivalent; related education preferred in Business, Marketing, and/or Sales.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook) required; experience with a CRM is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist families with funeral selections and attend services.
• Lead generation and prospecting through walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive outreach.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, inventory, cemetery services, property and merchandise.
