Job summary

Jobtailor in New York seeks an experienced financial professional to provide comprehensive financial guidance and customized solutions to clients. You will triage client leads, refer to internal partners, and meet with clients to review and plan goals.

Responsibilities include building plans with brokerage, banking, and money-managed solutions, recommending strategies, engaging new clients, coaching partners, and managing risk. A SAFE Act registered professional is required.

Qualifications

• Series 7 and 66 licenses required
• Experience in investments industry and knowledge of investment products
• Sales environment with goals met or exceeded
• Ability to work Monday–Friday and rotating Saturdays
• Strong relationship-building, collaboration, communication, and time-management
• Regulatory due diligence awareness and client solution focus
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual Mandarin required
• SAFE Act registration and background check
• Maintain SAFE Act registration in good standing

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help achieve financial goals
• Triage client leads and requests
• Make referrals to internal partners based on client needs and asset thresholds
• Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals
• Build financial plans using brokerage products, banking solutions, and money-managed solutions
• Recommend brokerage products, banking strategies, and investment strategies
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals and financial center clientele
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners
• Mitigate and control risk in daily activities
• Apply and expand knowledge through licenses and trainings
• Originating residential mortgage loans subject to SAFE Act requirements
