Job summary

Zekai is seeking experienced physicians fluent in Mandarin Chinese to train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks. This remote contract role requires you to work in digital workspaces, drafting realistic tasks and grading criteria to ensure professional standards.

You’ll review AI outputs, identify errors, and guide improvements while collaborating remotely with a US-based team. The position is 21 hours per week, hourly, with a pilot running Oct 23 to Nov 19.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution in mainland China.
• Holds the PRC Medical Practitioner Qualification Certificate, familiar with Chinese clinical guidelines and hospital practice.

Responsibilities

• Build workspaces: review files, memos and records a real team would have for a project or case.
• Write tasks: draft realistic requests grounded in local practice and terminology.
• Define what good looks like: write clear grading criteria and check AI agent work against standards.
• Review AI work: check agent's step-by-step work, spot mistakes, and correct them.
