Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance. TS or TS/SCI clearance preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in Chinese military strategy.
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Advanced Mandarin Chinese language skills equivalent to ILR 2+ level.
• Superior verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong ability to work individually and lead small teams.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields.

Responsibilities

• Conduct open-source research and analysis in Mandarin Chinese.
• Identify and collect data for analysis and reporting.
• Write and edit analytic reports from briefs to monographs.
• Engage with clients to discuss project needs.
• Establish subject matter expertise in analytic areas.
• Assist collection and processing of Mandarin Chinese documents.
