Job summary

ContactLink Solutions in the United States is seeking skilled Mandarin interpreters for a fully remote, full-time contractor role. You will facilitate real-time interpretation between Mandarin and English speakers, starting after onboarding.

Candidates must be based in the US, have at least 3 years of interpretation experience, and maintain a quiet, secure workspace with reliable internet and a headset. Training and monthly payments are part of the package.

Notepads, writing utensils, glossaries, and dictionaries are useful tools.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Fluency inEnglish and Mandarin
• Based in US
• Minimum3year of interpretation experience
• Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills to maintain a high level of accuracy
• Ability to render correct concepts and meanings according to established interpretation protocols, avoiding omissions or additions
• Ability to explain certain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication, with permission or at the request of the client

Technical Requirements:

• 90% English proficiency
• Steady wired internet connection
