You will support case preparation, filings, and client communications under attorney supervision, with opportunities to develop into an Associate Attorney over time. The role emphasizes attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced immigration practice.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a JD program (2L/3L) or recent JD graduate.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
• Previous experience in a U.S. immigration law firm.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently.
• Professional demeanor with excellent client service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal research on statutes, case law, and immigration regulations to support strategy.
• Draft, revise, and proofread legal documents and correspondence under supervision.
• Prepare and file applications, motions, and supporting documentation before EOIR and USCIS.
• Maintain organized case files and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Communicate with clients to gather information and provide case updates.
• Monitor deadlines and support timely filings across cases.
