Job summary

The Law Offices of Sabrina Li, P.C. is seeking a Mandarin bilingual Immigration Law Clerk to join our Dallas, Pasadena, or Santa Ana offices. This role supports filings, document organization, and client communications in a fast-paced immigration practice.

The ideal candidate has JD exposure or a JD and is fluent in English and Mandarin, with prior U.S. immigration law experience. A long-term commitment of at least one year is desired, with potential advancement toward an Associate Attorney role.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a JD program (2L/3L) or JD graduate.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
• Previous experience in a U.S. immigration law firm.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support filing preparation and organize supporting documentation under attorney supervision.
• Prepare and file immigration applications, motions, and supporting documents before EOIR and USCIS.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and track deadlines.
• Communicate with clients to gather information and provide case updates.
• Assist attorneys and paralegals with hearings, filings, and client consultations.
• Aim to develop into an Associate Attorney over time.
