Job summary

Prolific is seeking fluent Mandarin speakers to help train AI models through real conversation. You will join live video calls with other Mandarin speakers, chatting about everyday topics to help models understand natural speech and tone.

The role offers flexible hours, no minimum commitment, and pay up to $18/hour. After joining the talent pool, you will complete a language skills assessment and can access similar paid projects in the future from home.

Qualifications

• Fully fluent in Mandarin.
• Fluent English for instructions and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Video Conversations: Have live, natural conversations in Mandarin with other participants over video call.
• Natural Dialogue: Discuss everyday topics and let the conversation flow as it would with anyone else - no scripts, no performance.
• Data Contribution: Your conversations are recorded and used to help AI models learn natural speech patterns, tone, and cultural nuance.
