Midland Animal Clinic, located in the heart of Poway, CA, is seeking an experienced Managing Veterinarian to lead our exceptional team! Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide strategic direction for the clinic's medical protocols and standards of care
  2. Lead and mentor our team of veterinary professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
  3. Ensure delivery of high-quality veterinary care across all services
  4. Maintain and enhance clinical protocols and best practices
  5. Participate in direct patient care while overseeing overall medical operations

  8. Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and safety standards
  9. Support the development and implementation of new services and technologies
