Potential Ownership Interest: Provided you maintain continued employment and good standing with the Hospital, you may be permitted to participate in the JV Pathway to Partnership Program or similar program which may prepare you to purchase an agreed‑upon ownership interest in the Hospital at a future date. The terms of any such program are subject to change at the Company’s discretion and without notice. The purchase of any ownership interest shall be in accordance with any terms the Board deems appropriate at such time in the future.
