Southside Veterinary Clinic in Clarksville, Tennessee is seeking a Managing Veterinarian to lead medical teams while remaining hands-on in clinical care. You’ll grow into leadership with mentorship from divisional leadership, shaping clinical standards and day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• DVM (or equivalent) from an accredited program.
• Active Tennessee license (or ability to obtain) and DEA license.
• 3+ years of clinical experience.
• No prior formal leadership experience required; drive to grow with strong communication and organizational skills.

Southside Veterinary Clinic is a well-established small animal practice with a loyal, healthy client base and the equipment to match great medicine - digital radiography, ultrasound, in-house lab, and laser therapy. We're looking for a Managing Veterinarian, and we're just as interested in a strong clinician ready to grow into leadership as we are in someone who's already led a team.

You don't need a leadership resume to apply. You need to be a solid vet who's curious about what's next. Our divisional leadership team will mentor you directly through the business, operational, and people-management side of the role so you can build those skills on the job, not before you get the job.

What We're Looking For

• DVM (or equivalent) from an accredited program
• Active Tennessee license (or ability to obtain) and DEA license
