You will guide case selection and litigation strategy, recruit and develop senior attorneys, and drive growth with the CEO and investors, aligning the platform’s culture, standards, and profitability with ambitious market goals.

Qualifications

• 15-20+ years of civil litigation experience with leadership of complex matters.
• Proven ability to recruit, manage, and develop legal talent.
• Strong business acumen with portfolio risk/return understanding.
• Arizona bar admission or ability to obtain AZ admission promptly.

Responsibilities

• Build a national litigation platform and lead the design and build-out of the legal team.
• Lead firm-wide legal strategy, guiding case selection and portfolio decisions.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage senior attorneys and litigation staff.
• Drive growth and profitability, partnering with CEO and investors.
• Own complex civil litigation matters from intake through resolution.
• Shape platform culture and enforce standards for quality and client experience.
