Qualifications

• 10+ years of substantial litigation experience, preferably in complex civil litigation or insurance defense.
• Admission to practice in Arizona required; California admission is a strong plus.
• Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
• Sound judgment, strategic thinking, and the ability to independently manage complex matters from inception through resolution.
• Strong client-service orientation and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex litigation matters, including case assessment, discovery, motion practice, expert strategy, settlement evaluation, and trial preparation.
• Develop and execute effective litigation strategies aligned with client goals and business considerations.
• Take and defend depositions, argue motions, participate in mediations and arbitrations, and try cases as appropriate.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing practical, strategic, and responsive counsel.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, paralegals, and staff across offices to deliver excellent client service.
• Mentor and support the professional development of junior attorneys while contributing to the firm’s collegial culture.

What We’re Looking For:
