Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of fitness or service-oriented management experience preferred.
• Experience supervising a team of at least 15 team members preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

• Ensure member resolutions are done timely and focus on member retention.
• Monitor and scoreboard performance of the staff to meet expected KPI standards.
