Job summary

Bles Wellness and Apparel is seeking a Managing Partner to operate a massage therapy practice in the Portland area. This is a contractor position — you work out of your own space, on your own schedule, with a minimum weekly commitment of 20 hours.

You’ll earn $46/hour for clients booked through marketing channels, $70/hour for membership or full-pay clients, plus 10% commission on skincare products and 2–20% on apparel sales. Paid monthly, with opportunity across the full product line.

Responsibilities

• Provide massage therapy services to clients, including those referred through Bles Wellness's system.
• Schedule, book, and communicate with clients; manage your own client flow and calendar.
• Collaborate with Bles Wellness on partnerships and client referrals as applicable.

What This Involves

You provide massage therapy services to clients, including clients referred through Bles Wellness's booking and marketing system. Clients you bring with you remain your own; clients referred through Bles Wellness are part of the partnership. Scheduling, booking, and client communications are handled through the Bles Wellness system at no cost to you.

Compensation

• $46/hr for clients booked through marketing channels
• $70/hr for membership or full-pay clients
• 10% commission on skincare product sales
• 2–20% commission on apparel sales (rate set by individual partnership agreement)
• Paid monthly
