Bles Wellness and Apparel is seeking a Managing Partner to operate a massage therapy practice. This contractor role lets you work from your own space on your own schedule with a minimum 20 hours weekly.

You’ll provide massage services to clients, some referred through the Bles Wellness system. Clients you bring remain yours; those from Bles Wellness are part of the partnership. Scheduling and bookings flow through the system at no cost to you.

About the Role

Bles Wellness and Apparel is hiring a Managing Partner to operate a massage therapy practice in the Portland area. This is a contractor position — you work out of your own space, on your own schedule, with a minimum weekly commitment of 20 hours.

What This Involves

You provide massage therapy services to clients, including clients referred through Bles Wellness's booking and marketing system. Clients you bring with you remain your own; clients referred through Bles Wellness are part of the partnership. Scheduling, booking, and client communications are handled through the Bles Wellness system at no cost to you.

Compensation

• $46/hr for clients booked through marketing channels
• $70/hr for membership or full-pay clients
• 10% commission on skincare product sales
• 2–20% commission on apparel sales (rate set by individual partnership agreement)
• Paid monthly
