About the Role

Bles Wellness and Apparel is hiring a Managing Partner to operate a massage therapy practice in the Portland area. This is a contractor position - you work out of your own space, on your own schedule, with a minimum weekly commitment of 20 hours.

What This Involves

You provide massage therapy services to clients, including clients referred through Bles Wellness's booking and marketing system. Clients you bring with you remain your own; clients referred through Bles Wellness are part of the partnership. Scheduling, booking, and client communications are handled through the Bles Wellness system at no cost to you.

Requirements

• Active massage therapy license
• A professional space to see clients
• Strong customer service skills - you're building ongoing client relationships, not one-off sessions
• Experience booking and managing your own client schedule
• A business owner mindset - you're running your own practice, not clocking in as an employee

Compensation

• $46/hr for clients booked through marketing channels
• $70/hr for membership or full-pay clients
• 10% commission on skincare product sales
• 2-20% commission on apparel sales (rate set by individual partnership agreement)
• Paid monthly
