Partner / Managing Partner (US) – BioX | Life Sciences

We’re building something different. BioX sits at the intersection of Executive Search, Embedded RPO, and Talent Science helping life sciences companies not just hire, but execute and scale.

We’re hiring a Partner / Managing Partner in the US to build and lead the business.

The Role

• Own and grow C-suite and investor relationships across biotech, pharma, and techbio
• Win and deliver executive search, interim executives (VP to C-suite / Board) and workforce advisory and consulting solutions
• Expand accounts into search and workforce architecture solutions
• Sell beyond hiring → execution, scale, and outcomes
• Build a high-performing US business

• Proven track record in life sciences Executive Search
• Strong network across US biotech, medtech, pharma, VC/PE or healthtech
• Ability to win high-value work
• Commercial mindset with a builder mentality
• Proactive and ambitious with a track record of thinking outside of the box
