Salary Range

USD $143,000.00 - USD $180,000.00 /Yr.

Responsibilities
  • Managing projects from initiation to completion; communicating project updates to team members, clients, and administrative staff; ensuring deadlines are met and exceptional work is produced; identifying business development opportunities.
  • Developing and growing the Biomechanics Practice in Denver.
  • Attracting and developing new projects and clients.
  • Maintaining and advancing strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Building and leading diverse teams.
  • Mentoring and developing technical staff.
  • Providing project management and project budget oversight.
  • Setting up and executing various test programs, including full-scale vehicle tests and component or control systems evaluations.
  • Overseeing inspections, testing, and engineering analyses of vehicles, accident sites, and other evidence.
  • Promoting Exponent’s multidisciplinary consulting expertise and professional reputation through activities such as publishing papers, presenting at conferences, conducting seminars, or serving on expert advisory and scientific/technical committees.
Qualifications
  • Ph.D. in Biomechanical Engineering, Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
  • 6+ years of post-graduation experience in human injury analyses.
  • Ability to generate business and manage client relationships.
  • Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Prior testifying experience is ideal.
  • Ability to interact with managers, engineers, non-technical personnel, and clients and present technical topics in a clear manner.
  • Currently legally authorized to work in the United States; no immigration sponsorship or processing required.
Compensation

Base salary range: USD $143,000.00 - USD $180,000.00 /Yr.
Additional compensation includes annual bonus and 401(k) employer contribution of 7% of base salary.
