Achievement First is seeking a Managing Director of Special Services, Connecticut, to oversee programming and compliance across New Haven, Bridgeport, and Hartford. You will coach a team of directors, align strategies with network goals, and drive equity-centered outcomes for students with disabilities and multilingual learners.

Applicants should hold CT certifications in Special Education and Administration, with a strong track record in instructional leadership and fostering collaboration

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Education with emphasis on special education.
• Connecticut certification or ability to obtain it (CT 165 and CT 092).
• Proven multi-year teaching experience with supports for students with disabilities/IEPs.
• At least five years of school or district leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and coach 4–6 Special Services Directors.
• Lead regional strategy and ensure compliance across CT schools.
• Design and deliver professional development for the AF network.
