As a Managing Director/Partner in our Technology and Experience practice and Software Engineering discipline, you will join a leadership team focused on helping companies become digital in every part of their business, while mentoring the next generation of leaders at West Monroe. You will drive new opportunities to strategize, design, and build bespoke software products, legacy application modernization, modern integration platforms, and intelligent products and agents that use AI including machine learning and GenAI. You should be passionate about delivering technology solutions that are grounded in the human experience and be prepared to embrace West Monroe’s fast-growing and entrepreneurial environment.
What will you be doing?
The primary responsibility of this role is business development (hunting new clients and building relationships with existing clients) and partnering with our industry teams to generate new business and pursue opportunities to drive sales across the practice with a focus on software and integration. Your additional responsibilities will include owning client relationships, leading engagements, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and successful project outcomes, and supporting all aspects of growing capabilities and offerings.

Salary Range:
Based on pay transparency guidelines, a reasonable expectation for the salary range for this role is listed below. Information on our competitive total rewards package, including our bonus structure and benefits is here. Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
National: $280,000—$350,000 USD
Chicago: $310,000—$350,000 USD
Benefits: Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, purchase shares from our employee stock ownership program and be eligible to receive annual bonuses. Employees will also receive unlimited flexible time off and ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Ten weeks of paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of one year of employment.
