The Center for Action and Contemplation (CAC) seeks a Managing Director of Programs, Outreach & Production (POP) to oversee its publications, Daily Meditations, online courses, podcasts, events, and future offerings.

You will lead Directors of Programs, Marketing & Communications, and Production & Events to align strategy, investments, and cross-functional priorities for audience formation and product journeys.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in multi-team environments.
• Experience shaping strategy and roadmaps for programs.
• Strong process orientation and governance skills.
• Ability to mentor senior leaders and build talent pipelines.
• Comfort with change, ambiguity, and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Serve on the Executive Leadership Team shaping strategy, budgeting, and culture.
• Translate strategy into portfolio priorities, roadmaps, outcomes, and budget decisions.
• Steward resources balancing mission impact, sustainability, capacity, and audience needs.
• Lead Directors of Programs, Marketing & Communications, and Production & Events, with coaching and accountability.
