WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a Managing Director to lead and expand our advisory practice in the United States. The role combines continuing client work with building and mentoring a team of financial professionals to deliver outstanding service.

You will recruit, coach, and inspire advisors, promoting a high-performance culture while leveraging the firm's long history and brand strength to propel growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
