WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a Managing Director to lead and grow a team of financial advisors while continuing active client engagement. This role combines firm leadership with personal practice management and strategic development.

You will recruit, mentor, and nurture a high-performing team, shaping the firm’s future growth and culture, with support from a well-established brand and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship available if not held).
• Proven success in client development and relationship management.
