WealthBridge Financial Group seeks a proven financial advisor stepping into a Managing Director role to lead a team of experienced advisors while continuing personal client work.

You will recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, shaping growth strategy and culture within a firm with deep history and strong brand. This is a leadership path for growth, succession planning, and client retention.

Qualifications

• Active Life and Health License required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship available if not currently held).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
