WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a Managing Director who has a proven financial advisory practice and leadership drive to build and lead a team of experienced advisors in Germantown, Tennessee.

In addition to serving your own clients, you will recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing advisors, shaping a growth-focused culture while benefiting from the firm's strong brand and 175+ years of history.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of experienced financial advisors while continuing your own client work.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop advisors to create a high-performing practice.
