Job summary

NTT DATA seeks an accomplished Managing Director, Large Deal Leader for Plano, TX, to originate, shape, and close transformational education technology and services opportunities. This executive role leads multi-service line pursuits, coordinating across Sales, Consulting, Architecture, Delivery, and Finance to craft differentiated solutions addressing client priorities.

The candidate will manage end-to-end large deals, engage senior education leaders, and drive cross-functional orchestration

Qualifications

15+ years of enterprise sales experience in IT services or similar.
10+ years leading strategic sales pursuits and major transformations.
8+ years pursuing and closing deals across multiple technology domains.
Proven track record of closing large deals (>$100M).
Experience engaging C-level executives and shaping deals.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Own strategic pursuit leadership for large, complex opportunities in Education.
Lead pursuit strategy from qualification to contract execution.
Develop and communicate winning value propositions and commercial models.
Coordinate cross-functional pursuit teams across Consulting, Architecture, Delivery, and Pricing.
Drive governance, pricing alignment, risk assessments, and negotiations.
Mentor pursuit teams and contribute to repeatable best practices.
