Job summary

Blacklock Group is seeking a Managing Director to lead and grow its Insurance franchise in the United States. The role focuses on originating and executing M&A and strategic advisory transactions within the insurance sector, while building senior relationships with carriers, brokers, MGAs, program administrators, distributors and insurtech businesses.

The successful candidate will advise clients on acquisitions, divestitures and growth opportunities, develop ties with private equity sponsors,

Qualifications

• Established MD or senior investment banker with a proven Insurance investment banking track record.
• Demonstrable transaction origination and revenue generation capabilities.
• Deep relationships across insurance distribution, brokerage, underwriting and/or insurance services.
• Strong commercial leadership and the ability to build and scale a sector franchise.
