Responsibilities

• Serve as the chief of staff for NU operations and research staff; recruit, train, coach, and evaluate performance.
• Oversee NU operations, budgeting, workflows, and stakeholder relationships to ensure project success.
• Provide strategic leadership, drive business development, and represent the Nudge Unit in high-visibility settings.
