Job summary

Hilco Global is seeking an experienced professional to perform financial due diligence and field examinations for asset-based financing and M&A targets. You will interview management, analyze receivables and inventory, and inspect facilities across retail, wholesale, and manufacturing sectors.

Experienced candidates should demonstrate leadership, strong accounting knowledge, and the ability to manage client relationships with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• Ten+ years in financial analysis, accounting, audit, or related fields; title contingent on experience.
• Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint; familiarity with other data-analysis tools preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; high attention to detail and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct management interviews and analyze accounts receivable, inventory, payables, and related data.
• Evaluate receivable and inventory controls; inspect inventory and facilities across industries.
• Lead project teams, manage deadlines, and interact with senior client stakeholders.
