Job summary

Hilco Global is seeking a professional to perform financial due diligence, field examinations, and specified procedures for asset-based financing targets and M&A transactions. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; an accounting degree or CPA credential is preferred.
• Two plus years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, audit, transaction advisory, commercial lending, or a related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong proficiency in Word and PowerPoint; experience with other data-analysis tools is preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Demonstrated integrity, sound ethical judgment, and a commitment to doing the right thing.
• Ability to think quickly, exercise sound judgment, and respond effectively to unexpected issues.

Hilco Diligence Services provides financial due diligence services, including transaction services and field examinations, for traditional and complex transactions across a wide range of industries. Our work includes borrowing-base development, accounts receivable and inventory performance metrics, and comprehensive collateral analysis for asset-based lending, specialty finance, retail lending, and other transactions. Lenders, advisors, and investors—including commercial banks, private credit lenders, investment banks, debt advisors, private equity firms, and hedge funds—use our reports to help structure and monitor loans and other investments. Position Overview

Annual base salary gross: $85,000-110,000. The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end of Hilco’s salary for this position based on geography. Actual base salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base pay is one component of Hilco’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include cash bonuses, long term incentives, health insurance, accident and life insurance, and retirement benefits.
