You will design, implement and oversee a modern system of quality management, perform engagement quality reviews and consultations, and contribute to inspection readiness and remediation efforts for employee benefit plan audits.

• CPA certification is required.
• Extensive employee benefit plan audit experience.
• Strong working knowledge of professional standards and ability to interpret requirements.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain quality policies aligned with professional standards and firm objectives.
• Advise engagement teams on auditing and reporting matters.
• Provide technical guidance on employee benefit plan audits (defined contribution, defined benefit, health plans, ESOPs).
• Translate standards and regulatory expectations into practical guidance.
• Coach and mentor quality and engagement leaders to strengthen supervision and consultation behaviors.
