WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a proven financial advisor to become Managing Director, Advisor Growth. The role combines continuing your own client work with building and leading a high-performing team of advisors and mentoring others to elevate practices.

You will recruit, develop, and coach advisors, foster a culture of excellence, and help shape the firm’s growth strategy, leveraging the firm’s long-standing history and strong brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA licenses (Series 6/7 and 63/66) preferred; sponsorship available.

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking aproven financial advisorfor a strategicManaging Director, Advisor Growth. This role is ideal for an experienced advisor who has successfully built a personal practice and is now ready to take on a leadership position focused on both personal growth and team development.

As Managing Director, your primary focus will be onbuilding and leading a team of experienced financial advisorswho are looking to elevate their practices. In addition to continuing your own client work, you’ll recruit and mentor fellow advisors, foster a high-performance culture, and help shape the future growth of the firm.

You’ll have the support, infrastructure, and brand strength of a firm with over 175 years of history—while maintaining the freedom to grow your practice and develop a leadership style that reflects your vision.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice

• Active Life and Health License required

• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred(sponsorship and support available if not currently held)

• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management

• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams

• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
