WealthBridge Financial Group seeks a Managing Director with a proven financial advisory background to lead and grow a high-performance team. The role combines ongoing client work with recruiting, mentoring, and strategic leadership to expand the firm’s practice.

You will shape client growth, oversee development of advisors, and maintain the firm’s legacy while delivering personalized service in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in financial services with a growing personal practice
• Active Life and Health License required
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available)
• Proven client development, planning, and relationship management
• Leadership with interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams
• Authorized to work in the United States

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking aproven financial advisorfor a strategicManaging Director. This role is ideal for an experienced advisor who has successfully built a personal practice and is now ready to take on a leadership position focused on both personal growth and team development.

As Managing Director, your primary focus will be onbuilding and leading a team of experienced financial advisorswho are looking to elevate their practices. In addition to continuing your own client work, you’ll recruit and mentor fellow advisors, foster a high-performance culture, and help shape the future growth of the firm.

You’ll have the support, infrastructure, and brand strength of a firm with over 175 years of history—while maintaining the freedom to grow your practice and develop a leadership style that reflects your vision.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice
• Active Life and Health License required
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred(sponsorship and support available if not currently held)
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams
